Modern Mixology: Bespoke Lemonade and Auchentoshan Old Fashioned

Today I have something special, a video of me making drinks!

Auchentoshan Old Fashioned:-

60ml Auchentoshan Three Wood
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1 Dash Mole Bitters
5ml PX Syrup (recipe below)

Stir and strain over one big ice cube

PX Syrup

200g Demerara Sugar
125ml Auchentoshan Three Wood
75ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
10ml Mozart Dry
10ml Angostura Bitters

Dissolve over heat, allow to cool and bottle

Burn Unit

50ml Auchentoshan three wood
25ml Antica De Formula
5ml PX syrup
2 dashes angostura

Stir and strain into a coupe, spray orange zest over the top and then garnish with a cherry


The zest from 6 lemons
360ml Lemon Juice
400g Sugar
Soda Siphon

Muddle sugar with lemon zest, allow to sit for 30 minutes, use the lemon juice to dissolve the sugar. Strain into a receptacle. Bottle and then when ready to serve pour into a soda siphon, charge with CO2, shake and serve.

Garnish with a lemon Twist.
